I am a triathlete and with my intense training load, I find cryotherapy to be very helpful with my performance, recovery and preventing injury. The staff is super nice and welcoming and the facility and clean and top of the line. Highly recommend.
I visited Cryotherapy Indy with my son yesterday, I did the float tank; he did the infrared sauna. Everything about it was relaxing & healing. Tyler wasn't fussy or pushy, just so calm & helpful. An all around chill experience. Thank you so much!!
Tryed the dry ice didn't like it. I felt it was more commercialized . My ice tub had better results.
This place is amazing and very comfortable setting. Just tried the cryotherapy session and it was very "chill". Cant wait to use there other services that are provided. Definitely if your here you gotta try it.
