The staff and the services are top of the line. A much needed self care paradise in Indy that always keeps me coming back for more! Highly recommend to anyone looking to heal, recover, enhance, or just relax and enjoy.

Just finished flotation therapy, best meditation ever! Felt so heavy when I got out though! The huge amount of salt keeps you boosted and feeling weightless. It’s a must try for sure!

I’ve been putting my body through a complete physical change. I was hurting so bad. Came in staff is amazing. Facility is clean. And even checked my push-ups to make sure I’m not injuring myself! Love this place! Will be back for another session next weekend! Thank you!!!
Incredible experience here. Did a float tank for the first time and the only way to describe the experience is by doing it. Great staff and a very clean facility. I would highly recommend this place!

I loved my visit here. My husbands gift included the sauna, float tank and cryogenic tank and it’s hard to pick my favorite! If you have arthritis and need relief, I highly recommend coming in!
This was an amazing experience. Andrew was so helpful and informative. The process was very easy and made me feel very comfortable. My body feels great! Thank you Andrew, this was my first time and I will be back again.
