Damn this Cryotherapy is cold. Love It
I did the infrared sauna. Sweat more than I did at a regular sauna. Felt great. Only downside is that they put you in there 30-45 minutes. That's a long time to sit in there. I'm going to try the floating thing next.
Feel good even just a few minutes after treatment..
Went for over a month and really helped me recover from sports injury. Give it a try. Staff is very knowledgeable, wonderful to work with.
