I did the infrared sauna. Sweat more than I did at a regular sauna. Felt great. Only downside is that they put you in there 30-45 minutes. That's a long time to sit in there. I'm going to try the floating thing next.

Completed Cryotherapy this week. Being cold for a few minutes is well worth the benefits. Very informative, enthusiastic and helpful staff. I felt as though I had known them for years.
