So far I'm loving this place.... Just joined the monthly membership and all the staff have been friendly and helpful. Been going everyday since I've joined. I'm going once a day for Cryo. Going to try other services when i have more time.

Great recovery for athletes
My go to place. Almost hate to review and let all my competition know about it but don’t hesitate. Cryo all day!!
Visited with my wife after her CrossFit competition and grueling workout myself. We both did Cryo and Normatec pressure therapy and felt amazing afterwards. It does an amazing job of removing muscle soreness.
I felt so good after cryotherapy! Will definitely be back.
