I tried the infared sauna. Warmed me up and made my leg pain stop for awhile.

Had a great experience! Staff was very friendly. Building was clean. I came for IV hydration therapy. They have reclining leather seats and TV to keep you relaxed and comfortable during your visit. I will definitely be visiting again!

Great first experience with cryotherapy. Staff is very friendly and professional. Everything was explained prior to session. I walked in with much joint pain, walked out feeling better than I have in far too long. I look forward my next visit.

So far I'm loving this place.... Just joined the monthly membership and all the staff have been friendly and helpful. Been going everyday since I've joined. I'm going once a day for Cryo. Going to try other services when i have more time.

I did the infrared sauna. Sweat more than I did at a regular sauna. Felt great. Only downside is that they put you in there 30-45 minutes. That's a long time to sit in there. I'm going to try the floating thing next.

Had a great experience today receiving cryotherapy. Went in not entirely knowing what to expect. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the cryotherapy itself decreased my knee pain upon completion. Thanks!
