I loved my visit here. My husbands gift included the sauna, float tank and cryogenic tank and it’s hard to pick my favorite! If you have arthritis and need relief, I highly recommend coming in!

Just did the ultimate recovery experience. It’s a great price for getting to try 3 things in one day. The staff is awesome and they take care of you. Definitely will bring family here. And myself back of course.

Greeted at the door with friendly service! Attendants made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I didn’t know what to expect as I hate being cold. So glad I went. Will be back again for sure!

I tried the cryotherapy and loved the less pain for several days. Then I started using the sauna. Really helps. Office and therapy areas Are sparce but clean and quiet. The personel are kind, helpful and upbeat.

Had a great experience! Staff was very friendly. Building was clean. I came for IV hydration therapy. They have reclining leather seats and TV to keep you relaxed and comfortable during your visit. I will definitely be visiting again!

Just finished flotation therapy, best meditation ever! Felt so heavy when I got out though! The huge amount of salt keeps you boosted and feeling weightless. It’s a must try for sure!

I've only done cryotherapy here, but I find it great for recovery! Andrew is always so helpful and pleasant and makes the time go by faster!
