The sign says cryotherapy, however, I've used their float tank therapy they have a wonderful, clean, private room for you to deprive your senses and relax.
I tried the infared sauna. Warmed me up and made my leg pain stop for awhile.
My wife and I went for an infrared sauna session together and had a great time. Very relaxing and friendly staff !
Hey you have to visit and take advantage of the Cryotherapy special! Its awesome and will have your body feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! 3 mins of litetally freezing your tail off that you will enjoy!
