The staff is welcoming, informative and patient. The facility is extremely clean. I came in for a cryotherapy session and will definitely be back - I’m looking forward to trying the infrared sauna and floatation therapy!

Highly recommend trying cryotherapy! It helps make you feel refreshed the second you are finished. The staff is super friendly and talks to you during to make the time fly by. Definitely worth a try!
