Visited with my wife after her CrossFit competition and grueling workout myself. We both did Cryo and Normatec pressure therapy and felt amazing afterwards. It does an amazing job of removing muscle soreness.

Cryotherapy Indy has changed my life! I've been using cryotherapy, Normatec, and float therapy for 2 years now. My chronic pain, edema, muscle spacticity, and migraines have improved so much I'm no longer taking medication. I have more energy, and I am sleeping the best I have in years.
