First time trying this today! Met Andrew the Cryotherapy technician and he helped me through the whole process. While I'm typing this i feel so relaxed and my muscles sores have gone away no doubt. Definitely recommend to a friend!

The best place for recovery from sore muscles and relaxation! Highly recommend some time to try everything to see what works best for you. The sauna is my personal favorite! The staff answers any and all questions you may have! Super super helpful and friendly.

Excellent staff, all are very welcoming and courteous. I had the cryotherapy experience last week for the first time. Felt very relaxed and cool after the 3-minute experience. Looking forward to going back again this week.
