Love, love cryotherapy. Unique services for relaxation, rejuvenation, and exercise recovery. Infrared sauna, flotation egg, as they continue to diversify their services. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Neat place and concept. So Glad I Tried THIS out !!
My first float ever and it was awesome. Takes some practice to get into a relaxed mode. But my mild claustrophobias were not a problem at all. The tank is roomy. The staff is very friendly and helpful in making you feel welcome.

Great first experience with cryotherapy. Staff is very friendly and professional. Everything was explained prior to session. I walked in with much joint pain, walked out feeling better than I have in far too long. I look forward my next visit.
