First time at cryotherapy indy...just what i needed. Infrared sauna to release the toxins. Great experience. Look forward to my next session.
Had my first session and it was really cold but awesome. Andrew talked me through the whole way and Sable was awesome as well. Definitely going back!

I purchased a Groupon and had my first visit this morning and am already scheduled to return tomorrow for another treatment. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming and I would highlight recommend giving it a try if you are considering.
The best place for recovery from sore muscles and relaxation! Highly recommend some time to try everything to see what works best for you. The sauna is my personal favorite! The staff answers any and all questions you may have! Super super helpful and friendly.

Great facility. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable. I have tried the cryotherapy 3 times and it is already helping with my migraines. I get them pretty frequently and I haven't had one since I started the cryotherapy. I highly recommend.
