The staff is top notch!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and made my first time experience at great one. I will definitely be retiring and I highly recommend 👍🏾
I've only done cryotherapy here, but I find it great for recovery! Andrew is always so helpful and pleasant and makes the time go by faster!

Love coming here for all my recovery needs. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the staff are accommodating and super nice. Top notch services offered and somehow always seem to squeeze me in last minute despite my poor planning. Keep it up !
The sign says cryotherapy, however, I've used their float tank therapy they have a wonderful, clean, private room for you to deprive your senses and relax.

I came in for the infrared sauna. The 30 minute session was wonderful. It was simple to make an appointment and get right in. Definitely would recommend it if you want to detox! Only side note is that they don't have a place to rinse off after.

My first float ever and it was awesome. Takes some practice to get into a relaxed mode. But my mild claustrophobias were not a problem at all. The tank is roomy. The staff is very friendly and helpful in making you feel welcome.
