This place is amazing and very comfortable setting. Just tried the cryotherapy session and it was very "chill". Cant wait to use there other services that are provided. Definitely if your here you gotta try it.

Highly recommended and great experience overall! Staff is very friendly, attentive and caring. I tried the infrared sauna on this first visit and walked away thoroughly impressed - will definitely be returning for more sauna as well as trying the other treatments/services too!
Scheduling online is so convenient. The staff is always super friendly. Cryotherapy gives me more energy throughout the day, helps me reach goals in the gym and decreases overall inflammation. Definitely a must-do!

Sent our daughter here who goes to college nearby and plays volleyball. Team doc told her 6 weeks out for injury but after a week of treatment here and some cryotherapy she was back on the court in a week. Friendly staff and no waiting!!
Fantastic first experience. Really clean facility and the entire staff was top notch. Nick helped me out. He was both friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be returning soon!
I came in for the infrared sauna. The 30 minute session was wonderful. It was simple to make an appointment and get right in. Definitely would recommend it if you want to detox! Only side note is that they don't have a place to rinse off after.
