I had an amazing experience at Cryotherapy Indy! I had just competed in a CrossFit competition and the Cryo, Normatec, and IV Therapy greatly helped to speed up my recovery. Also, the team there provided such excellent customer service and were so knowledgeable!

Came once for the float therapy, which was a fantastic experience. Very relaxing. But come back consistently for the infrared sauna which makes me feel amazing! Highly recommend.
Just finished flotation therapy, best meditation ever! Felt so heavy when I got out though! The huge amount of salt keeps you boosted and feeling weightless. It’s a must try for sure!
The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful she explained every step of the process to me before and during. She also answered any question that I had in regards to other therapy's.

Super relaxed environment and the facility was super clean which is key when it comes to comfortablity. Love the employees, they were super helpful and knowledgeable about the process. Definitely coming back.
