I tried the cryotherapy and loved the less pain for several days. Then I started using the sauna. Really helps. Office and therapy areas Are sparce but clean and quiet. The personel are kind, helpful and upbeat.
Awesome place for recovery and relaxation. You must try this out! My wife agrees. We drove up from Louisville just for this experience. If we lived here we would be here regularly. Indy, you have a healthy treasure here!

Great & friendly stuff, excellent service. Dr. Charbel is a true expert in both rehab and accupunture, helped fix my tennis elbow . Enjoyed cryotherapy and normatec for the muscle regeneration after competing and playing tennis daily.
