I came in for cryotherapy for relief of muscle pain d/t marathon training. Staff is excellent and so knowledgeable. I'm definitely experinceing relief now that I've had my 4th session!! I'm planning on continuing therapy even after marathon training for overall health and fitness.

I had an amazing experience at Cryotherapy Indy! I had just competed in a CrossFit competition and the Cryo, Normatec, and IV Therapy greatly helped to speed up my recovery. Also, the team there provided such excellent customer service and were so knowledgeable!
Awesome place for recovery and relaxation. You must try this out! My wife agrees. We drove up from Louisville just for this experience. If we lived here we would be here regularly. Indy, you have a healthy treasure here!

I had an amazing experience at Cryotherapy Indy! Blew my expectations! I workout 4 times a week and it feels like i’m always sore. This awesome pressure therapy helped speed up my recovery. It great at removing muscle soreness. It felt amazing afterwards. Highly recommend!! Also, fantastic patient care :D
I loved my visit here. My husbands gift included the sauna, float tank and cryogenic tank and it’s hard to pick my favorite! If you have arthritis and need relief, I highly recommend coming in!
