My first float ever and it was awesome. Takes some practice to get into a relaxed mode. But my mild claustrophobias were not a problem at all. The tank is roomy. The staff is very friendly and helpful in making you feel welcome.
Did the normatech full leg sleeves for the first time after running a half marathon. Felt great and I didn't want it to end! Would definitely come back.

I came in for cryotherapy for relief of muscle pain d/t marathon training. Staff is excellent and so knowledgeable. I'm definitely experinceing relief now that I've had my 4th session!! I'm planning on continuing therapy even after marathon training for overall health and fitness.
