Went for over a month and really helped me recover from sports injury. Give it a try. Staff is very knowledgeable, wonderful to work with.
Phenomenal staff from the moment you walk in the door. All of the equipment is top notch for anyone trying to recover from working out or even every day activities. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Highly recommended and great experience overall! Staff is very friendly, attentive and caring. I tried the infrared sauna on this first visit and walked away thoroughly impressed - will definitely be returning for more sauna as well as trying the other treatments/services too!
Sent our daughter here who goes to college nearby and plays volleyball. Team doc told her 6 weeks out for injury but after a week of treatment here and some cryotherapy she was back on the court in a week. Friendly staff and no waiting!!
I came in for the infrared sauna. The 30 minute session was wonderful. It was simple to make an appointment and get right in. Definitely would recommend it if you want to detox! Only side note is that they don't have a place to rinse off after.

I purchased a Groupon and had my first visit this morning and am already scheduled to return tomorrow for another treatment. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming and I would highlight recommend giving it a try if you are considering.
Had an amazing float session. I highly recommend trying a float session if you haven't before, it's quite possibly the most relaxed you'll ever feel. Facility is clean and modern. Staff is very helpful as well! Will be coming back soon.
